“The driver who fetched us from the airport to the hotel and vice versa (I couldn’t remember his name) was warmth, patient, courteous and went out of his way to help us. When we first arrived, we had trouble looking for a sim card for our phones and asked him where we could get the sim cards. Instead of just saying 7-11, he took us to 2 different 7-11, because the first one couldn’t help us, and even waited for us even though the process of changing the sim card was very long. He was smiling and being cheerful all the way and that put us at ease. We truly appreciated his help and he was outstanding!”
